Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at Support@AylaClark.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay the refund.
